The challenge

LunaWear was generating consistent traffic through paid ads and social media, but conversions remained low.

Despite a strong product and brand identity, users were dropping off before completing purchases.

Key issues identified:

- Cluttered homepage with no clear visual hierarchy
- Weak product page structure and lack of trust signals
- Slow mobile performance affecting user experience
- Confusing navigation that made browsing difficult

The brand had potential, but the storefront was not supporting it.

Our approach

We approached the project with a conversion-first mindset, focusing on clarity, speed, and trust.

First, we redesigned the homepage to guide users with a clear visual hierarchy, highlighting best-selling products and key brand messages.

We rebuilt product pages to include:
- Structured product information
- Customer reviews and trust badges
- Clear call-to-action placement

Mobile performance was optimized by reducing unnecessary scripts and improving image loading.

We also simplified navigation, making it easier for users to explore collections and find products quickly.

Every change was made with one goal:
reduce friction and improve decision-making.
